Emergency assistance for earthquake victims in Afghanistan

A powerful earthquake has killed at least 1000 people and left over 1500 injured in Afghanistan. The earthquake was magnitude 6.1 and at a depth of 51km. The quake struck about 44km (27 miles) from the south-eastern province of Khost, Paktika and Paktia shortly after 01:30 local time (21:00 Tuesday GMT), when many people were at home, asleep in their beds. The Omar Jan Maayar Foundation and Afghan Vulnerable Charity Empowerment Organization team are doing an immediate response to this emergency providing hot meals, food packs, home essential and free medical camps. Please Donate us to help Afghan Vulnerable People.
